Why work in workforce development?

It makes me happy if my work helps someone find meaningful employment that leads to self sufficiency and self-esteem.

Outside of work, how are you involved in the community?

I am involved with the nonprofits Finding Human Project based in Spokane, Klineline Kids Fishing Derby, Lower Columbia Walleye, Singing Christmas Tree in Ridgefield, Vacation Bible School and other projects with Family of Christ Lutheran Church.

What’s your secret talent?

I have heard from others that I get along with everyone.
