Future Leaders Project – Business Request for Funding 2025
WSW is accepting grant applications from businesses in Clark and Cowlitz counties to subsidize hosting a Future Leaders Intern during summer 2025.
Priority will be given to grant applications from nonprofit organizations and businesses owned by BIPOC and/or LGBTQ+ community members, women and veterans.
Applications are due on November 1, 2024, by 5 p.m. Pacific Time

Consulting Services for Southwest Washington Businesses Working to Improve Job Quality
Workforce Southwest Washington (WSW) is seeking qualified contractors to provide consulting services related to human resources, diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility to businesses in Clark, Cowlitz and Wahkiakum counties that are working to strengthen and improve job quality for their employees. WSW will select contractors for future projects from among qualified respondents to this RFQ for Consulting Services for Southwest Washington Businesses Working to Improve Job Quality.
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and reviewed monthly until June 2025.
WIOA + Operations Consulting Services for Workforce Southwest Washington
Workforce Southwest Washington (WSW) is seeking qualified contractors to provide a variety of consulting services to support WSW operations (grant writing, facilitation, and more) and the workforce development system (WIOA: systems, employment and training, and industry-specific workforce projects).
