Economic Security for All (Thrive) Youth + Adult Employment and Business Services
Workforce Southwest Washington (WSW) is seeking proposals for the delivery of services to Adults, Opportunity Youth and Businesses within Clark, Cowlitz, and Wahkiakum counties of Washington State under the Economic Security for All (Thrive) program. Organizations capable of offering integrated workforce services, with a focus on holistic support and training, to aid individuals ages 18 and up in achieving economic success are encouraged to submit proposals.

Key Dates:

  • April 1, 2024 – Proposals due by 5 p.m. (Pacific Time) by email

Financial Audit Services

Workforce Southwest Washington (WSW) is seeking proposals from qualified firms of certified public accountants, licensed or otherwise approved by the State of Washington, to audit its financial statements: balance sheet and related statements of revenues, expenses, and changes in fund balances and cash flows for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, and two subsequent years.

Consulting Services for Southwest Washington Businesses Working to Improve Job Quality
Workforce Southwest Washington (WSW) is seeking qualified contractors to provide consulting services related to human resources, diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility to businesses in Clark, Cowlitz and Wahkiakum counties that are working to strengthen and improve job quality for their employees. WSW will select contractors for future projects from among qualified respondents to this RFQ for Consulting Services for Southwest Washington Businesses Working to Improve Job Quality.

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and reviewed monthly until June 2025.

WIOA + Operations Consulting Services for Workforce Southwest Washington
Workforce Southwest Washington (WSW) is seeking qualified contractors to provide a variety of consulting services to support WSW operations (grant writing, facilitation, and more) and the workforce development system (WIOA: systems, employment and training, and industry-specific workforce projects).
