Funding for Job Seeker Services

WSW is seeking employment and job training proposals from organizations that are currently providing services for housing, re-entry or career coaching to historically underserved or excluded populations. Nonprofits and community-based organizations are encouraged to apply.

Our goal is to provide career coaching, skills development and/or job training services to individuals 18 years and older through a network of community-based and other organizations in support of our Strategic Plan’s economic mobility and systems change goals.

Five funding opportunities are available:

  1. Housing + Workforce – Clark County
  2. Housing + Workforce – Cowlitz County
  3. Re-entry + Workforce – Clark County
  4. Re-entry + Workforce – Cowlitz County
  5. WorkSource (American Job Center one-stop) including Rapid Response and business services – Clark County and Cowlitz/Wahkiakum counties

We encourage any organization that might be interested in these funding opportunities to attend a virtual information session via Zoom on January 24. Registration is required. Click here to sign up. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

All proposals must be submitted through WSW’s online grant portal before 5 p.m. Pacific Time on Tuesday, April 5, 2022.
