Nonprofits and community-based organizations are encouraged to apply. The goal of the WIOA Adult & Dislocated Worker program is to provide workforce development services through a One-Stop System. Workforce Southwest Washington (WSW) is seeking qualified contractors to provide consulting services related to human resources, diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility to businesses in Clark, Cowlitz and Wahkiakum counties that are working to strengthen and improve job quality for their employees. WSW will select contractors for future projects from among qualified respondents to this RFQ for Consulting Services for Southwest Washington Businesses Working to Improve Job Quality.
