Hello. Welcome to our website! If you have landed on this page, perhaps you are considering a career with Workforce Southwest Washington. Please, call us WSW. It’s how we refer to our organization.

The initiatives, programs and services WSW funds assist people in our community who are striving for self-sufficiency. This work builds upon the dignity, pride and security that comes from having a good-paying job with benefits and room for growth and career advancement. If this interests you and there is a job posted below, we would like to hear from you.

Equal opportunity and fair treatment are central to how we operate, and all staff are encouraged to foster a positive, collaborative culture within the organization and in the communities we serve.

How WSW fills open positions

Job openings at WSW are posted internally for three days to allow current employees an opportunity to apply. If existing employees apply, the CEO determines if the position will be filled internally. If opened to external candidates, the position is posted on WSW’s website and social media channels and on job sites, at colleges and with community groups.

If the position is open to the public, any current employee that applies must go through the same process as external applicants. As trusted stewards of public funds, WSW strives to hire the candidate that will best serve the needs of our community.

There are no open positions at the moment, please check back.

We value the talents and abilities of our team and seek to foster an open, cooperative and dynamic environment in which every person can thrive.
