What WSW project/initiative that you have worked on is your favorite? Why?

The Healthcare Diversity Initiative/NW Promise.  Not only did we have aligned community partner and regional employer interest/investment,  the impact/growth/outcome regarding targeted socially non-dominant communities was measurable with many personal success life-changing stories.

Outside of work, how are you involved in the community?

I participate in various Chambers of Commerce events, volunteer on Community Advisory boards, support efforts around Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Justice.

What is your favorite inspirational quote?

From the song. High Hopes (just what makes that little old ant…) –  regardless of the task in front of me, it is about attitude.  I have high hopes/look for the positive
