Workforce Southwest Washington (WSW) is seeking proposals for the delivery of services to out-of-school young adults ages 16-24 (Opportunity Youth) in Clark, Cowlitz and Wahkiakum counties of Washington State under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title I.
The purpose of this solicitation is to identify and fund organizations that will design innovative programming and provide comprehensive services that result in out-of-school youth achieving academic and employment success.
Proposals are due January 8, 2020, by 5 p.m. Pacific Time.
