WSW has contracted with the human resources experts at Salsbury & Co. to lead a two-part workshop series that can give your company the knowledge and tools to overcome your employee recruitment and retention challenges.

Your company will learn how to:

  • Reach a larger pool of qualified, diverse candidates.
  • Recruit and onboard new employees to set them up for success.
  • Improve organizational operations, employee engagement and satisfaction.

Your registration includes a workbook of structured worksheets, examples, and a resource toolkit that helps reinforce the concepts discussed during each training session.

At the end of the series, you will walk away with
a recruitment and retention action plan for your company!

Two engaging full-day sessions led by HR experts will include presentations, interactive activities, small and large group discussions, guided action planning time, and lunch on:

  • Wednesday, June 5 from 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.
  • Wednesday, June 12 from 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.


Lunch will be provided each day. The consultation value of the series is at least $1,000 per participant, thanks to the generous support of the U.S. Bank Foundation and KeyBank Foundation.
