WSW has contracted with the human resources experts at Salsbury & Co. to lead a two-part workshop series that can give your company the knowledge and tools to overcome your employee recruitment and retention challenges.
Your company will learn how to:
- Reach a larger pool of qualified, diverse candidates.
- Recruit and onboard new employees to set them up for success.
- Improve organizational operations, employee engagement and satisfaction.
Your registration includes a workbook of structured worksheets, examples, and a resource toolkit that helps reinforce the concepts discussed during each training session.
At the end of the series, you will walk away with
a recruitment and retention action plan for your company!
Dates:
Two engaging full-day sessions led by HR experts will include presentations, interactive activities, small and large group discussions, guided action planning time, and lunch on:
- Wednesday, June 5 from 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- Wednesday, June 12 from 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.
