The Director of Business Services will lead the development, implementation and evaluation of all programs, products and services invested in our local (Clark, Cowlitz and Wahkiakum counties) and regional (Columbia Willamette Workforce Collaborative) business customers and partners. This position will be responsible for overall business and sector strategy leadership and development for the WSW industry team. Additionally, this position will research specific business and industries to determine likely areas of growth in position openings and skill areas. This position is responsible for creating a strategy to match resources to employer needs and will be responsible for project and fund development, grant and contract management, industry and business research.
This position is responsible for developing, implementing and administering operations within the WSW administrative office and our two WorkSource centers. The Director of Operations is responsible for managing and coordinating WorkSource partnerships, data integration and interpretation, and creative networking to continually enhance and broaden the reach of workforce development programs aimed at enriching people’s lives.
The Program Manager is focused on employment and training services contract management and development, grant administration, and creative networking to continually enhance and broaden the reach of workforce development programs aimed at enriching people’s lives and the economic strength of Clark, Cowlitz and Wahkiakum counties.
