What WSW project/initiative that you have worked on is your favorite? Why?

One project that I have thoroughly enjoyed working on is Economic Security for All. This program has a focus to support those experiencing poverty or at risk with access to employment coaching, support services and training opportunities. Growing up in poverty, I know how difficult it can be to overcome such barriers and programs such as Economic Security for All are a vital resource in gaining self-sufficiency. My favorite part is learning about the success stories of participants in the program and the barriers some have overcome!

What do you like most about living in Southwest Washington?

There is so much to like about living in Southwest Washington from its convenient location to Portland, the coast, and the many national forests and parks in the region. The area is also growing quickly with new restaurants, shops, and experiences popping up weekly!
