How do your personal values align with your work?

Being a first-generational career professional, I very much appreciate WSW’s values around diversity, equity, and inclusion. More specifically the focus around supporting historically marginalized communities gain access to quality employment. Having the opportunity to participate in WSW’s Future Leaders Project, I know how important such programs and initiatives can be.

Outside of work, how are you involved in the community?

I love to be involved within my community here in SW Washington. One of my favorite ways to spend the weekend is volunteering with some friends. In the past I have gotten the opportunity to volunteer for many organizations such as LULAC and Queer Youth Resource Center of SW Washington.
