Workforce Southwest Washington is excited to announce that our youth career and employment program NEXT Success (formerly Next) will be moving to Partners in Careers at 3210 NE 52nd Street, Vancouver, WA 98663, effective May 19, 2025.
Since launching in 2018, NEXT Success has provided more than 1,000 young adults ages 16 to 24 with education services, job preparation and training, internships, GED tutoring and testing, and more.
The move is part of a strategic effort to enhance youth employment services by embedding them more deeply within the community. Following the move, NEXT Success will expand its partnerships with new co-locations in Battle Ground, La Center and Washougal in fall 2025.
Services will be available Monday through Friday virtually and in person from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Orientations are encouraged as a first step, and online registration is through the website www.nextsuccess.org.
The current NEXT Success location at 120 NE 136th Avenue, Suite 130, Vancouver, WA 98684 is open and operating and will close on May 9.
To celebrate this transition, NEXT Success will host a community open house on July 16 at its new location. The event is open to community members and organizations and NEXT Success participants. More information on this event will be posted on www.nextsuccess.org in the coming months.
