Our Investments

People want jobs and businesses need workers.

We develop, design, fund and administer programs to meet the specific workforce needs of the companies and people in Clark County, Cowlitz County and Wahkiakum County and to further the region’s economic growth and viability.

Our private and public partnerships include collaboration with business, education, government, labor, community organizations and cross-state workforce agencies.

Our investments contribute to regional economic growth and business sustainability by helping to create and support the skilled workforce necessary for a thriving community.

Adult businessman

Business

We help businesses be successful and competitive by investing in employment and training services that help companies find and hire the employees they need. We use our expertise, funds, partners and resources to enhance worker skills and productivity to enable key regional industries to prosper.

Adult worker investments

Adults

We help individuals increase their earning potential and become self-sufficient by investing in training and education programs that give people the skills they need to get and keep jobs. Career coaching, workshops and other services we fund help career changers, first-time job seekers and those impacted by layoffs to improve skills to get jobs or advance in their careers.

Young adult staffers

Young Adults (16-24)

We help young people complete their education and prepare for work by investing in programs that help them obtain a GED or high school diploma, learn job skills, participate in training, enter college or find a job.
