Workforce Southwest Washington (WSW) and its partners in the Columbia-Willamette Workforce Collaborative have released the second regional Manufacturing Workforce Plan. The two-year plan identifies and prioritizes several high-level goals and strategies the public workforce system can deploy to support the manufacturing industry’s workforce needs.
