WSW is seeking a Workforce Systems Manager. Central to the public workforce system is compliance with the federal mandates of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), which requires workforce training and employer service activities be accomplished with the smooth integration of efforts among mandated partners in the WorkSource (one-stop) centers and maximized community outreach. This position will support the Director of Workforce Services in creating and managing this smooth integration. The successful candidate will have strong skills in managing and coordinating partnerships, data integration and interpretation, and the creative networking necessary to continually enhance and broaden the reach of workforce development programs aimed at enriching people’s lives in Clark, Cowlitz and Wahkiakum counties.
